How is uptime monitored?
At Freewind Hosting we utilise a third party monitoring company which continuously monitors all servers for ping responses and web server response. Each server is checked every 10 minutes from multiple geographic locations and in the event that any aspect of the server fails to respond correctly or in a timely manner our network staff are informed immediately.
